It Doesn't Get Any Fresher Than This...

This week begins the annual Ensenada Fishing Tournament and the Yellow Tail tuna are abundant!  Our Mexican friend and dockhand (nicknamed "Chilli"), gifted us with this beauty! 

Here you can see Captain Bill as he skillfully fillets the fish under the watchful eye of a nearby seagull.

Guess what we had for dinner that night?
