Sunday afternoon presented a clear and temperate day to enjoy a cruise aboard the Wright Choice motor yacht, as contributed by our friends Deb and John to benefit the charitable organization that I have had the privilege of working with for the past four years.
My friend Sheila and I won our recent Silent Auction bid for this elegant Day On The Bay, inviting along our wonderful friends.
We were perfectly hosted by Captain John, and hostesses Deb and Sondra (also members of our organization). The proceeds for this event, along with the other funds we raised, will be donated to Whistlestop (http://www.whistlestop.org/) early next year.
These pics seem to speak for themselves!

Oh, BTW...
the pic of the heads turned to the left (your right....okay...so....I used to be in the optical business...descriptive habits die hard...) was due to a dolphin pod sighting. We saw two pods that day. I am always in awe, and consider it an incredible blessing to be living here in the Bay area.
And another oh, BTW; Whistlestop is an incredible organization that helps the elderly and/or disadvantaged citizens in Marin County. They have computer learning programs, language classes, social events, opportunites to contribute to the content of their organization, and the Directors are wonderful people who do everything possible to embrace their community. I've never actually asked a question like this of my friends, however, among your many considerations for charitable works (and in this case, a charity that embraces amazing people and provides opportunities to learn and contribute...who knows, we may get the next Grandma Moses..!!!). Just sayin'...you can click on the link above and contribute to the suppport of some great minds.
